Teachers toolkit
Training toolkits addressed to teachers are under development within the PERFORM project that aim to foster teachers’ communication skills and ability to develop performances in formal education contexts.
PERFORM research has found that transforming drama-based activities following specific protocols leads to: Increasing positive attitudes towards STEM careers and jobs. Hindering negative attitudes towards STEM careers and jobs. Enhancing meaningfully ethical concerns related to scientific activity. Breaking gender stereotypes on many STEM careers like nursing or engineering. You can download and consult the complete study and results analysis.
A set of exploratory workshops have been developed combined with videos introductions and guidelines that can help teachers to develop performances tailored to a specific educational context.
